Neely's Fajitas Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 4 tablespoons tequila
• 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon lime zest
• 4 large garlic cloves, smashed
• 1 jalapeno, chopped
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
