Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (28 ounces) plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- Pinch cayenne or to taste
- 2 cans kidney beans or black beans, undrained

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients except the beans in a large pot, bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in the beans and cook 5 minutes more.
