Ham Chowder (6 Quart Large Crock Pot)

This is the family's favorite chowder! I use this recipe the most so that we can have leftovers to heat up and enjoy the next day.

Ingredients
- Five 10 3/4 oz. cans Cream of Potato soup
- 5 cups ham, cut into small cubes
- 4 cups frozen corn kernels
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups (cooked) carrots, quartered (optional)
- 1/2 cup water (optional)
- 2 tsp Nature's Seasons
- 1 tsp cracked pepper

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to the large Crock pot. Stir the chowder 2 - 3 times over the 1st hour. Continue cooking the chowder on HIGH for 2 hours. Turn the chowder down to LOW and continue cooking for an additional 2 - 3 hours. Serve the chowder with crackers.
