This is the family's favorite chowder! I use this recipe the most so that we can have leftovers to heat up and enjoy the next day.

Ingredients

  • Five 10 3/4 oz. cans Cream of Potato soup
  • 5 cups ham, cut into small cubes
  • 4 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 cups (cooked) carrots, quartered (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water (optional)
  • 2 tsp Nature's Seasons
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to the large Crock pot. Stir the chowder 2 - 3 times over the 1st hour. Continue cooking the chowder on HIGH for 2 hours. Turn the chowder down to LOW and continue cooking for an additional 2 - 3 hours. Serve the chowder with crackers.
