Stuffed Crust Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 t yeast
- 1 T sugar
- 2 1/4 c bread flour
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t oil
- 8 1-oz string cheese sticks
- 1 c pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
1) Dissolve yeast and sugar in 3/4 c warm water.
2) Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead. Rise till double. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator overnight. Take out 1 hour before ready to make pizza.
3) Roll out dough. Place on greased pizza pan. Score with a fork and place cheese 1 inch from the edge.
4) Moisten the edge and fold and seal over the cheese. Brush the edge with oil.
5) Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and other toppings. Bake at 500 degrees F for 15 min.
