Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups plain breadcrumbs
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt/pepper
- Oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Pound out chicken breasts to 1/4" thick. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour milk into a shallow dish. Pour breadcrumbs and cornflakes into a second shallow dish. To cornflakes add the poultry seasoning and dried thyme.
Dredge each cutlet in milk then in cornflake mixture. Fry each cutlet in the oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
