SOUTHWESTERN SOUP

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 cup coarsely chopped onions
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 (16 oz) cans light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 can mild diced green chilies
• 1 can beef broth
• 2 cups yellow corn
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• Salt and pepper
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
• Top w/ sour cream and Fritos

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and add all ingredients to the crock pot. Cook all day.
