  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 lbs cooked, boned chicken (shredded)
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced onions
  • diced green chiles ( 2 small cans)
  • 1 dozen corn tortillas
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • cooking oil



Step 1

Heat soup, sour cream, onions, and chiles
soften tortillas in hot oil
layer tortillas, chicken, soup mixture, and cheese
Repeat til gone
Just add as much chile and cheese as you feel comfortable
bake at 350 til bubbly
