Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) confectioner's (powdered) sugar
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 cup (250 ml) Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped pecans, walnuts, or nuts of your choice
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 6 oz (170 g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Step 1
Stir the sugar into the stiffly beaten egg whites gradually. Fold in the Graham cracker crumbs, chopped nuts, and vanilla. Fold in the melted chocolate and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 325F (165C) oven for 12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
