Copenhagen Meat Balls

Ingredients
- Mix and form into balls using fat to fry in heavy skillet until brown. Remove and prepare sauce:
- 1 # ground beef
- 1/2 # sausage
- 3/4 C bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp pepper,
- 2 T shortening
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp Accent
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp drippings from meatballs
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 1/2 C water
- 1 small pkg dehydrated onion soup
- 1/2 C evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp each of Worcestershire, Accent and salt

Preparation
Step 1
Return meatballs to sauce, cover and simmer gently for 1 hour. Do not let mixture boil after adding evaporated milk or it will separate.
