Pesto Tortellini with Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 2 9 oz packages refrigerated 3 cheese filled tortellini
  • 1 7oz container basil pesto
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1 roasted chicken torn into pieces

Preparation

Step 1

1. Trim asparagus and cut into 1/2" pieces
2. Prepare pasta as directed, add asparagus last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain
3. Toss together remaining ingredients and serve.
