Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved
- 1 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 2 pkg. onion soup
- 2 cup russian dressing

Step 1
Line pan with foil. Pack the chicken close in the pan. Bake for 1 hour covered at 350 degrees then uncover and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
You can cook ahead about 45 minutes., freeze and cook to reheat.
