Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 2 cans Zesty Diced Tomatoes with Mild Green Chilies
- 1 C. dried elbow macaroni
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and onion in large skillet.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add undrained tomatoes and ½ C water; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni.
Cover and simmer 10 min. or until pasta is tender
Stir in cheese.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sour cream.
