Ingredients
- 1Pkg. Andes mint candies (4.67oz.)
- 1 Qt. Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 Tsp. Creme de menth liqueur
- 1/8 Tsp. Green food coloring (5 drops)
- 1 9in. Choclate graham cracker pie crust

Step 1
Save 8 mints, chop remaining candies & place in large bowl. Add ice cream/creme de menthe/food coloring. Mix well, spoon into pie crust. Place reserved candies around edge of ice cream mixture, pressing candies halfway down. Cover & freeze for at least 4hrs. or until firm.
If you prefer, mix 1 Tsp. of mint extract instead.
