Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
1/2 cup Grand Marnier or Cointreau
3 tbs lime juice
lime zests to garnish
1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the cranberry juice, Cointreau and lime juice in a small pitcher. Refrigerate till cold.

When read to serve pour mixture into champagne glasses till 1/3 full. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.

Garnish with a lime twist.
