  • flour 2 1/4 cups
  • baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • water 1/4 cup
  • milk 1/4 cup 2%
  • olive oil 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • egg 1 extra large



Step 1

Mix together the first three ingredients. (flour mixtures)
Mix together the next 4 ingredients. (liquid mixtures)
Mix the flour and liquid mixtures together. Dough shout be damp but not sticky.
Let dough rest for at least 20 minutes before rolling.
Roll dough to desired thickens.
Cut into 2" circles.
Re-roll the cut out dough before stuffing with your favorite filling.
