Ingredients
- 3 3 3 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup shoyu
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 cup sugar
- 5 5 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1-2 1-2 to tablespoons cornstarch, to thicken
- 1 1 1 star anise
- 1 1 1 small daikon radish, chunked (optional)
- 1 1 ounce) can 1 (8.25 ounce) can pineapple chunks, juices drained

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except for optional daikon and pineapple in a 5-6 quart slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Add daikon and stir into sauce. Top with pineapple. Cook for another 1-2 hours on low. Serve with hot rice.
