Ingredients
- 2 tbs. light olive oil
- 2-3 tbs. cooking wine
- 1 clove garlic
- Fresh or ground Ginger to taste
- All seasoning salt to taste
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 cup White or Portobello mushrooms or broccoli

Step 1
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine oil and wine. Add garlic, ginger, and scallops. Saute approximately 1 min. after scallops. Sprinkle witth seasoning salt after cooking. Serve with steamed rice and baked potato.
