  • 1 lb Crab Meat (dungeness is preferrable)
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese (really)
  • 1 lb Butter
  • 1 c white wine (optional)

Step 1

melt butter and velveeta, stirring till melted and smooth. Don't worry if it seems to separate. Once melted, add crab and wine and stir. This should stop separation of the cheese/butter.
Serve hot with best sourdough bread cut into cubes.
