Ingredients

  • Batter:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg and enough wateer to make 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • Sauce:
  • Syrup from 20 oz. of Pineapple
  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbs. katsup
  • 2 tbs. vinegar
  • 1 tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 tbs. sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Pork tenderloin or shoulder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the batter and dip meat into it. Mix slowly to thicken. Add chopped onions, peppers, cooked carrots and pineapple chunks last.

Cut pork into small bits.....fry after dipped in oil until crispy. Heat on a sheet in 275 degree oven until all the pink is gone.

Serve on rice.

Put all in a dish, heat in 275 degree oven until warmed together.
