Country White bread

• High altitude version:
• 1 c warm water
• 1 egg
• 4-5 tsp oil
• 3 1/4 c bread flour
• 1/4 c less about 1 tsp sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp yeast
• Optional:
• 2/3 c cinnamon bites for cinnamon chip bread
