- 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can mexicorn
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 c green onion, diced
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
