Ingredients
- 6 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 8-oz. jar Cheez whiz
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato

Preparation
Step 1
Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Boil 5 minutes; drain.
Brown meat; drain. Add onions, cook til tender. Stir in rice, 3/4 cup Cheez whiz, and tomato.
Fill peppers with mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in covered baking dish for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
