Ingredients

2/3 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup light, no sugar-added chocolate ice cream
2/3 cup crushed ice

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender.
Blend to mix.

Add crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is
completely incorporated and the shake is thick and
creamy.
