Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 13x9 pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
Mix flour, brown sugar and 1/4 cup of the white sugar. Add butter and mix until it resembles crumbs. Stir in oats and pecans. Reserve 1 cup of the oats mixture and press the rest into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, eggs, remaining white sugar, pumpkin puree and spice until well blended. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the baked oat mixture. Top with reserved oat mixture. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
Lift the bars from the pan using the foil as handles and cool completely. Cut into squares.
