Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs of hamburger meat (92-93% lean)
  • 1 bag of wide noodles
  • 1 container of sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms (4 oz) but I use one container of fresh
  • 2 cloves of garlic (but I love garlic and always add more)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/3 stick Parkay (or butter)
  • 2 T flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles and drain (call me and I will tell you how to keep warm). Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in large pot in parkay/butter until almost tender, and then add broken up hamburger meat and cook until brown. Add soup, seasoning and flour into mixture and stir. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Then stir in desired amount of sour cream and only heat through, but do not cook. Serve over hot noodles.

Good with green beans ~
