Rice Krispies Christmas Cookies
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 2 tbls peanut butter
- 1-1/4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup Spanish peanuts
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Melt chips with peanut butter in the microwave. Then stir in cereal and peanuts. Add marshmallows. Drop mixture by teaspoon onto parchment paper. Allow to cool. Sprinkle red or green sugar on top before they cool for decoration. Keep in refrigerator.
