- 20 cupcake liners
- 20 vanilla wafers
- 2 8-oz. pkgs cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tblsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Any flavor pie filling

Step 1
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until fluffy. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake liner, flat side down. Top with cream cheese mixture until cupcake liner is 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Top with spoonful of pie filling.
