Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup milk (I use a bit less)
- 1 small can diced green chilis
- 1 small can (7oz) creamed corn or ½ of a large can.
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese (add more if desired).

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cornbread as directed on package decreasing milk a little bit to account for the the creaminess of the corn. Stir in corn, green chilis and cheese and bake according to package directions until browned on top.
