  • 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
