Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 4 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- salsa
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown beef in skillet, break up and drain.
3. Add water and seasoning mix, stir.
4. Heat to a boil and stir occasionally
5. Reduce heat to medium-high, simmer 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove from heat, stir in ½ cheese thoroughly.
7. Place 1 tortilla on bottom of 8-9 inch metal/glass cake pan (ungreased).
8. Top with ½ cup of beef mixture. Repeat 3 times with tortilla and ½ cup of beef mixture.
9. Top with remaining cheese sauce, evenly to edge.
10. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Top with Salsa.
