Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parmesan - romano blend shredded cheese
- 1/4 or 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. basil (optional, sometimes I add it sometimes I don't)
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
preheat oven to 350
soften the cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave for about 45 seconds. mix in the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan/romano cheese, salt and pepper and stir. Drain the artichoke hearts and dump them on a cutting board. Cut them all up into smaller pieces, meanwhile removing the tougher leaves and throwing them away. Mix into the rest of the ingredients and stir with large spoon. Spread into lightly greased baking dish(es) (whichever you decide to use). Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and put into preheated oven. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
