package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
cup powdered sugar
package (3.4 ounce) pistachio-flavored pudding and pie filling mix
cup pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and sugar. Step 3: Beat in butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Step 4: Press dough onto the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Step 5: Bake 20-25 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Step 6: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until blended. Step 7: Beat in pistachio pudding mix (dry) and milk. Step 8: Spread over the top of crust. Step 9: Sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts. Step 10: Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set before cutting into bars.
