Chart House 1000 Island Dressing

Ingredients

• Blend by hand or low speed:
• 1 qt whole egg mayonnaise (no substitute)
• 1 C catsup
• Add the following and blend enough to mix:
• 1/2 medium red onion
• 4 stalks celery
• 4 sweet pickles
• 1/2 bell pepper
• 2 1/2 sprigs parsley
• 2 Tbsp pimento or canned red pepper
• 2 boiled eggs
