Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup dry sherry
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 med. onion-diced
- 5 cloves garlic-minced
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together in a large bowl the soy, sherry, olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger, orange rind, and black pepper.
2. To prepare venison steaks, place them in a zip-top plastic bag and add the marinade.
3. Marinate, refrigerated, for 2 hours.
4. Grill to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side.
