- 16 oz frozen peas
- 1 Cup mayo
- 1 Small onion finely chopped
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Cup grated Paremesan cheese
Run peas under cold water until thawed. Drain and place in large bowl. Stir in mayo.
Add chopped onion, black pepper, cheeses. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate
