Ingredients
- 3 lbs. country style pork ribs
- 1 tbls. canola oil
- 1 large onion, quartered and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tbls. mustard
- 3 tbls. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Pepper
- 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, brown ribs in oil
Transfer to crock pot
Add onion slices
Put remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and combine
Pour into crock pot
Cover and cook on low 8 hours
