  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk



Step 1

Cube bread and put cooked sausage and cheese on top. Mix milk, eggs, and dry mustard together and pour over casserole. Set in refrigerator over night. Let set at room temperature for 1 hour prior to baking. Pour soup and milk over casserole in the morning. Then, mix together 1/2 bag of pepperidge farm stuffing with 2 tbs. of melted margarine and sprinkle over top. Cover casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 75 minutes.
