Ingredients
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (or dill)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel eggs, and split in half lengthwise. Sccop yolks
out into a small bowl, and mash with mayonnaise
until smooth. Add pickle relish, salt, and pepper,
and blend until creamy, adding more mayonnaise,
if desired.
Garnish with paprika.
Note: For eggs with a little more "devil," add a
little dry mustard or cayenne pepper.
