Shirley's Quiche

Easy and quick quiche recipe. We usually make this for Xmas Brunch!

Ingredients

• 2 bottom crusts floured
• 6 eggs beaten
• 1/4 cup half and half
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 1 cup swiss cheese grated
• 1/2 cup hot pepper cheese grated
• *6 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
• *1 cup ham chopped
• *1 cup sausage cooked and crumbled
• * Optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place pie dough in bottom of 9" pie pan
2. Sprinkle handful of swiss on pie crust
3. Spread onion, pepper, and any meat mixture on top of swiss
4. pour egg mixture on top of everything
5. Pepper and salt to taste
6. Bake at 450 degress for 30 min.
