- Chuck Roast 3.5 -4 lbs.
- chicken and beef broth
- salt and pepper
- 2 bottles white wine for gravy

Step 1
Braise roast on stove, put in 325 oven covered with chicken and beef broth 2/3 way up.
Add wine to drippings to make gravy at the end.
