Ingredients
- MEATBALLS:
- 1 slice day old bread, cubed
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet brown seasoning or broth
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh or dried chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- SAUCE FOR DEVILED MEATBALLS:
- 2 tbsps flour
- 1 cup half and half or evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry red wine (optional)
- 2 tbsps spicy brown mustard
- 2 pkgs Rich Brown Seasoning and Broth

Step 1
MEATBALLS:
Except for the cooking oil, mix all ingredients well.
Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Fry in oil, turning gently, until brown.
Pour off all except about 2 tbspns of drippings.
Makes about 40 meatballs
SAUCE:
Add flour to drippings, and stir untl slightly brown. Reduce heat, add half and hald, red wine, mustard and pckts of seasonings. Stir will until thickened. Place meatballs in sauce.
Cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over noodles
