- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4c sugar
- 21/2T flour
- 1c milk
- 1t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Place egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk until pale. Sift in flour and mix well. Heat milk to boiling point and gradually whisk into the yolk mixture. Pour this mixture back into the saucepan and stir over low heat for about 7 to 10 minutes or until thick. Stir in vanilla. Cool.
