Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling:
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 4 extra large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping:
  • 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Top with your favorite fruit

Step 1

Crust mix well press into bottom of 10 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325* for 8-10 minutes



Filling: Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until very light and fluffy ( about 5 minutes)
Add sugar gradually, and beat well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla and beat about 3 minutes longer or until thick and creamy.
Pour into spring form pan and bake at 325* for 45-60 minutes,or until only a 3 inch circle in center will shake.
Remove from oven let cool 20 minutes.
Scrape around edges before cooling to prevent cracking

Topping mix sour cream, sugar,and vanilla together and spread on top of cheese cake after it cooled for 20 minutes. Bake at 325* for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely .
Refrigerate cooled cake for at least 8 hours before serving.

Top with fruit glaze..cherries,or strawberries ENJOY!
