Ingredients
- 2 cups (1 lb.) cooked crumbled sausage
- 1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack
- 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley
- 1 can sliced Black olives
- 1/2 cup red peppers
- 1 pkg. fresh or frozen wonton wrappers (or egg roll wrapper cut into 4's)
- vegetable oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Blot sausage dry with paper towels and combine with cheeses, salad dressings, olives and red pepper. Lightly grease a mini or regular muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove from tine, place on baking sheets. Fill with sausage mix. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly. Make 4 to 5 dozen.
