Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (12 to 14 oz) package corn muffin mix
- 1/4 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine corn, eggs, and milk. Stir in muffin mix just until blended.
Fold in sausage. Pour muffin mixture into greased 9-inch wquare baking pan or iron skillet.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
