Ingredients

  • 1 head of red romaine
  • 1 head of green romaine
  • red pepper
  • green pepper
  • red onion
  • Saute Mixture
  • stick butter
  • 2 pkgs of ramen noodles (no seasoning)
  • 6 oz almonds
  • 1/2 bottle of seaseme seeds
  • 2 1/2 cups craisens
  • Dressing
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 vinegar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up the red romaine, green romaine, red pepper, green pepper, and red onion.

Saute a stick of butter, 2 pkgs of ramen noodles (no seasoning), 6 oz almonds, and 1/2 bottle of seaseme seeds. Pour in a bowl and add 2 1/2 cups craisens.

Mix 2/3 cup sugar, 1 cup oil, 2/3 vinegar, 1 tsp of dry mustard, and 1 tsp of salt to make the dressing.

Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
