  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 thin slices boiled or baked ham
  • 10 tbsp garlic and herb cheese spread, divided
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c light cream or half-and-half

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Place chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper; pound to 1/4-inch thickness

Place 1 ham slice on each piece of chicken; spread with 2 tbsp cheese spread. Roll chicken to enclose filling. Fold ends under and secure with toothpicks

Dip chicken rolls into milk, then roll in bread crumbs to coat. Place rolls seam sides down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 30 min or until cooked through

Bring cream to a simmer in a suacepan over medium heat; remove from heat. Add remaining cheese spread; blend well. Place chicken on a serving platter; pour sauce over chicken rolls
