Ingredients

    Package Chicken Thighs

  • 1/2

    Cup Flour

  • 1/3

    Cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1

    tsp Salt

  • 1/4

    tsp Pepper

  • 1

    Can Sliced Pineapple

  • 1

    Cup Sugar

  • 2

    Tbsp Corn Starch

  • 1/4

    Cup Cider Vinegar

  • 1

    Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1/4

    tsp Ginger

  • 1

    Chicken Bullion Cube

  • 1

    Large Green Bell Pepper, Sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Wash and pat dry chicken. Coat with flour. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chicken on all sides. Arrange skin side up in a shallow glass baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Drain syrup from pineapples. Add water to make 1 1/4 cups. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch, syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and bullion cube. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Add fruit and pepper and bake 30 minutes longer.
