Ingredients
- 1 C shortening
- 3/4 C powdered sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 3/4 C flour
- 1 C oatmeal
- 1 C finely chopped pecans or cashews

Preparation
Step 1
Beat first 4 ingredients until creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls, bak on cookie sheet 15-18 min. Coat in powdered sugar when warm and again when cool.
