Ingredients
- 1 lb roasted, unsalted cashews
- 2 T minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 2 t light brown sugar
- 1 T kosher salt (leave out if using salted cashews)
- 1 T melted unsalted butter (can use salted)

Cooking time 15mins

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Put nuts on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake til warm (5 minutes); may need to turn
Combine other ingredients in bowl while nuts baking.
Mix warm nuts with other ingredients.
Serve warm.
